Rental Terms for LED Displays and Event Technology
Supplementary rental terms for project-based LED display rental, delivery, installation and return.
1. Rental items
Rental items are the LED displays, LED walls, modules, controllers, playback technology, cables, mounts, flight cases and other accessories listed in the offer. Technical changes or equivalent replacement components are permitted if the agreed function is maintained.
2. Project review
Before confirmation, we review availability, technical feasibility, site conditions, transport routes, installation time and safety requirements. Final execution depends on actual on-site conditions.
3. Transport and access
Transport, loading zones, access roads, parking, elevators, stairs, floor load, hall height, ramps and access restrictions must be communicated in advance. Unannounced difficulties may lead to additional costs.
4. Installation, operation and dismantling
Installation and dismantling are carried out by our team or authorised partners if agreed. The customer may not modify, open, repair, move or transfer rental technology to third parties without authorisation.
5. Outdoor operation
Outdoor operation is permitted only with suitable technology and appropriate securing. In wind, rain, thunderstorms, ice, heat, dust or official requirements, operation may be restricted or stopped.
6. Power and content
The customer provides the agreed power supply and content in suitable formats in good time. Content must be free from third-party rights or lawfully licensed by the customer.
7. On-site support
Technical on-site support is owed only if agreed. Without agreed support, the customer is responsible for proper use, safety and immediate fault reporting.
8. Damage, loss and insurance
The customer is liable for damage, loss, theft, vandalism, moisture damage, improper operation and third-party interference during its custody period. We recommend suitable event or electronics insurance.
9. Return
Rental items must be returned complete, clean, dry, packed and in the condition supplied. Missing parts or damage will be documented and charged.
10. Failure and replacement
In case of technical faults, we will endeavour to remedy the issue quickly or provide equivalent replacement. For disruptions caused by power, signal, content, third-party devices, operating errors, weather or official intervention, liability is governed by the Terms and Conditions.
11. Relationship with the Terms and Conditions
The Terms and Conditions apply in all other respects. Individual agreements in the offer or contract take precedence.
These Rental Terms supplement the Terms and Conditions.
